This newsletter has moved!

and I hope you're staying with me.

The newsletter has moved to:

Same great content - just a different place. Hope to see you there!

Exciting changes ahead! Please read carefully!

When I started this newsletter a year ago, we were 6 months into the pandemic.

My idea was to spotlight young companies in the HR Tech space, who suddenly saw all avenues to revenue blocked. Conferences were cancelled, sales meetings postponed, and CHROs had other things on their mind.

Since then, a lot has changed. I am happy to say that the majority of these startups are thriving as never before. As is the market: 2021 is on track to become a record year for HR Tech investments. Apart from investors, HR Techs also see a lot of interest from buyers.

Which means that the original purpose of this newsletter, to give special attention to young startups during hard times, has outlived its purpose. And I have been thinking how to keep my newsletter worthy of your time.

You might know that I also write another newsletter, focused on the Future of Work.

In-person meetings are coming back, and I am giving more keynotes than a few months ago. (It’s energizing to connect with an audience in real life!) Customers are thinking longer term again and that means my focus is shifting as well.

That’s why I’ve decided to merge my newsletters.

Going forward, HRTechRadar will become part of Future of Work and move to a new platform.

I chose the Revue platform because it better fits my needs. And I would love for you to join me there.

I write two Future of Work issues a month: the first one focuses on trends, and the second one looks at solutions and technologies (aka a copy of this newsletter). You’ll receive 2 newsletters instead of one.

Sneak preview: my latest newsletter focuses on the future of learning.

I’ll make it easy: if you don’t want to receive new issues, please unsubscribe from this one before November 15th.

If you want to remain a subscriber - thank you! - you don’t have to do anything. I’ll switch you over after November 15 and you’ll automatically receive the next issue on new solutions for workplace learning.

Your email remains private and won’t be used for other purposes.

Whatever you decide to do, I want to thank you for reading my newsletter and sticking with me. Having an audience who reads my articles means the world to me.

Have a great day, Anita

PS: My website at will continue, but in a slightly different format. Stay tuned!
